1. How long does it take for items to be delivered?

Your purchase will arrive within 2-3 weeks if you live in USA, Canada, Australia and UK, and up to 5 weeks outside those countries.

Factors such as delayed logistics, customs clearings, holidays and severe weather conditions may impact shipping times.

These factors are beyond our control but rest assured that you will get your order.

 

2. Can I track my order to see where it is?

 

You can track your order here. You will need your order # (sent in your order confirmation email) and your email address.

 

3. It's been weeks past the expected shipping time and my order still hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Factors such as delayed logistics, customs clearings, holidays and severe weather conditions may impact shipping times.

These factors are beyond our control but we do our best to make sure you get your order.

4. I only received part of my order. When will I receive the other part?

If we're able to process one part of your order faster, we'll ship it out first. Rest assured that every item will be delivered.

You may send us an email to check the status of any remaining item if it has exceeded the approximate shipping time frame.

 

5. Is there any way to receive my package faster?

We are currently working on this option and we'll post that here when it's available. 

 

6. The items are not as I expected. What is the return process?

7. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please take a photo of the product and envelope it came with. Send an email to hello@happypuppy.co with your order # and attach the photos to it.

We'll send you the right order right away.

 

8. I received a defective/damaged item. Do I get a replacement?

9. I have a question that wasn't addressed here. Who do I contact?

Please contact us here and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
